What is it about?
Advanced FASERIP expands Gurbintroll Games’ earlier superhero game with more powers, character-generation options, bases and campaign guidance. The linked official v1.02 preview is a 27-page sample, not the complete book.

At the table
Ranked abilities and percentile dice are read through a universal results table to determine degrees of success. Character options include powers and specialities; consult the complete edition for rules beyond the sample.

The official preview declares the text open, but the complete OGL terms still need verification.
Conditions
The v1.02 preview designates all text, including the names FASERIP and Advanced FASERIP, as Open Content. Its contents list places the full licence on page 114, outside the preview, so its version and conditions remain unchecked. The cover uses Vector Freebie’s terms; the author identifies interior art as public domain. This is not permission to use Marvel’s trademarks or characters, nor a substitute for the complete licence. No general publication permission is certified yet.
