What is it about?
John Harper’s Blades in the Dark follows both individual scoundrels and their growing crew. Sessions alternate risky operations with downtime, recovery and new trouble. Its reusable rules are separated into the Forged in the Dark SRD.

At the table
Choose a fictional goal and action; the GM sets position and effect. Roll a d6 pool and read the highest die: six succeeds, four or five brings consequences, and one to three goes badly. Crew and faction pressures persist between scores.
