What is it about?
Brandon Gutowski’s C22, published by Pagoda Games, provides a setting-independent SRD. Skills interact with card values and suits; the Dealer presents the world and resolves its responses to the players.

At the table
Draw from a 22-card starting deck. Card values and skills determine results; the red Joker is a critical success worth 14, the black Joker a failure worth zero. Reshuffle after resolving a Joker, and upgrade cards as characters progress.

Conditions
Credit Brandon Gutowski and Pagoda Games using the prescribed C22 notice near your copyright, link the licence and identify changes. The publisher supplies alternative wording for games mainly adding a setting. Share-alike is not required. Using a C22 logo requires its separate property-and-permission notice. This system grant does not automatically license unrelated settings, artwork or other Pagoda products.
