What is it about?
Red Star Games’ beta 0.14.0 includes a 53-page Rules Guide, species, masks, elements and crafting systems. The current publisher page links a legal summary still headed version 0.11.0.

At the table
Make skill checks with d20 plus an attribute modifier and applicable proficiency or expertise bonuses against a difficulty class. Choose species, supertypes and archetypes, then develop powers and equipment through the additional guides.
