What is it about?
LawfulNice presents this as a parody assembled from many games. The preserved 394-page book identifies itself as version 1.6z. The author’s December 2012 post announced bookmarked files; its old MediaFire download now fails, so the readable copy is an Internet Archive mirror.

At the table
Roll the stated number of d10s, retain the highest specified number and add them. Tens explode and are rolled again, adding to the same die. Beat the target number; each five points above it gives a raise.
