What is it about?
Brandon Gutowski’s Freelancer’s Guide, published by Pagoda Games, uses C22 in a corporate-ruled galaxy. The complete free July 2022 pre-Kickstarter PDF has 121 pages. The publisher now provides a separate C22 SRD and licence.

At the table
Plan and execute missions, then improve equipment, contacts and your 22-card deck. Checks add card value, suit modifier and skill. Face cards alter suits; red and black jokers produce critical outcomes and reshuffle the deck.

C22 SRD commercial reuse is confirmed under CC BY 4.0; permission for the original setting book remains partial.
Conditions
Use the separately licensed C22 rules with attribution to Brandon Gutowski and Pagoda Games, source/licence links and change notices. The publisher prescribes one of two attribution statements near the game copyright; a game keeping most rules and adding a setting uses the corresponding “is a C22 System” wording. C22 logos have a separate ownership/permission notice. The free 2022 book has no inspected blanket reuse grant for its setting, art or complete text. Do not extend the SRD licence to those materials or assume the current Punk Galactic edition is identical.
