What is it about?
Runehammer’s Index Card RPG organises play into small, flexible scenes. The inspected download is Master Edition Free Core Rules Update PDF 1.3, 154 pages, linked directly by the publisher. Its creation guidance also points to the publisher-linked community resources.

At the table
Roll d20 plus a stat bonus against the scene target; Easy and Hard shift it by three. Successful attempts then roll a separate effort die for progress or damage. Hearts track progress, while timers and loot keep the action moving.

Include the required “made for” badge and do not copy-paste art or text from Runehammer’s books. The current FAQ explicitly permits original commercial supplements and takes no share of revenue. The PDF’s bare “Creative Commons License 4.0” does not identify a variant, so it is not treated as a blanket CC BY licence for book text, art, fonts or separately licensed settings. No legal guarantee of irrevocability is inferred from the author’s stated intention.
