What is it about?
Lightmaster by Blacky the Blackball, from Gurbintroll Games, uses separate rule and table books. Its setting mixes flintlocks, spells and undead Martians; the table book contains spell paths and combat tables.

At the table
Resolve skills with d20 plus a skill bonus against difficulty. Classes and levels guide advancement; attacks and critical injuries use tables. The publisher describes streamlined rules rather than an exact reproduction of the older game that inspired it.

Conditions
The preview permits printing, photocopying and distributing the book’s contents, but artwork is explicitly not Open Game Content. The complete final licence and Section 15 on page 156 were outside the inspected preview. Rights from other Gurbintroll games are not transferred here.
