What is it about?
The recovered official preview contains two character-sheet pages, not the complete Rites of Transmutation rulebook. The earlier author download is missing, and the original store currently reports the product unavailable.
02
At the table
The sheets record six familiar attributes, descending armour class, attacks, spells and equipment. They do not supply a complete procedure for running the game; obtain the original rules before play.

No applicable reuse licence was found in the available official preview.
Conditions
The working link is explicitly a two-page sheet preview. No copyright licence is inferred from familiar attributes, retroclone compatibility or inclusion in an open-source game jam. The full original book and its rights notice remain unverified. Translations and other games’ licences do not establish rights over this original release.
