What is it about?
ESP Quail’s complete twenty-three-page Silver Wheels PDF is accessible from the public author folder. Page two expressly declares CC BY-NC 4.0; a separately credited public-domain image does not make the whole game CC0.

At the table
Use d10 plus driver, car and relevant skill modifiers through launches, straights, curves and finishes. Track racing groups, positions and accumulated advantage; other life and career scenes use the book’s separate procedures.

Conditions
Credit ESP Quail and Silver Wheels, link CC BY-NC 4.0 and identify changes without implying endorsement. Commercial use is not permitted by this licence; ShareAlike is not required. Respect separately credited image and third-party brand rights. The folder link has had its tracking parameter removed; the book’s inconsistent d20 references are not silently rewritten into a uniform rule.
