What is it about?
The original Simple Universal System folder returns 404. ESP Quail’s recovered Silver Wheels PDF links that exact folder as Hexagon, a universal fantasy/science-fiction game with six fighting classes. This establishes identity without inventing a replacement rulebook.

At the table
The original rules are unavailable for inspection. The catalogue page identifies a universal fantasy/science-fiction framework, but does not establish its complete resolution procedure; old playing-card claims remain unconfirmed.

Publishing route unconfirmed
The author catalogue displays CC BY-NC 4.0, but the missing Hexagon rulebook’s precise scope remains unverified.
Conditions
The working reference is the author’s catalogue page inside Silver Wheels, not a recovered Hexagon download. The noncommercial attribution notice is evidence of the author’s stated policy, without confirming the absent book’s edition, contents or exclusions. Do not infer commercial permission or identify this with unrelated similarly named universal games.
