What is it about?
Stephan Michael Sechi’s official library offers multiple editions. Its CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 announcement coexists with restrictive personal-use wording; the 2001 fourth-edition sampler separately credits artists and Shootingiron’s layout.

At the table
In the fourth-edition sampler, roll d20 plus ability/skill adjusted for difficulty and read the action table: mishap, failure, partial, full or critical success.

An explicit noncommercial ShareAlike grant exists, but conflicting notices leave the precise scope partly unresolved.
Conditions
The library links CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 yet also prohibits redistribution and limits modification to personal use. Do not silently erase that conflict. Clarify applicable files and artwork rights before publishing; if relying on the CC grant, retain attribution/licence, mark adaptations and share them alike without commercial use. Other editions and d20 material require their own checks.
