At the table
Choose a title: STOCS lite handles modern skills and detailed injuries with d20/d10, while Point Blank emphasizes larger-than-life action. The companion adds optional systems; the collection is not one universal mechanic.

Publishing route unconfirmed
The archive offers freeware reading/downloads, but no general open publishing grant was confirmed.
Conditions
Recovered STOCS lite, Point Blank and companion notices reserve rights, including separate artist rights and marks. Freeware/shareware labels and suggestions to change rules for play do not establish commercial copying or protected-text adaptation rights. Do not assign an invented CC/OGL licence to the whole archive or assume every historical file was inspected.
