What is it about?
The surviving Theonosis contribution on D&D Wiki explicitly marks Open Setting Licensed content. Its original Wikidot site is gone; the linked full licence was not recovered.
02
At the table
Use the setting with separately chosen rules. The surviving page describes Modroben, Soulclaine and Rainid peoples, with some 3.5-specific additions.

Publishing route unconfirmed
An OSL designation is confirmed on the surviving contribution; complete terms remain partly unverified.
Conditions
The notice requires the same Open Setting License for reused setting elements and allows coexistence with other licences. It treats setting content as Product Identity for OGL purposes. Do not substitute the wiki’s default GFDL, an invented CC version or a blanket commercial grant while the complete applicable OSL remains unavailable.
