What is it about?
The original source list names Treasure and links dragonflyrpg.com. The original site and checked archive indexes yielded no recoverable game or author licence.
02
At the table
No resolution procedure or playable edition could be confirmed. The surviving source-list entry is a historical reference, not a recovered rulebook.

Publishing route unconfirmed
A secondary CC BY-NC-SA claim survives, without an applicable author grant verified.
Conditions
The licence version, covered material, rights holder and exclusions remain unknown. The source list is not itself permission to reproduce the game. No commercial or derivative rights are asserted. The dead original rules link is omitted from public access links; the surviving listing is labelled as research evidence.
