01
What is it about?
Tri-Stat dX offers a generic point-based character framework within the Tri-Stat family. Its name refers to three principal statistics and the use of different dice types. It must be distinguished from present-day publishing programmes, without transferring permissions between related books, newer products, or separately controlled game brands.

Individual permission required
The 2003 rulebook describes Magnum Opus, a programme for publishing Tri-Stat dX supplements through a trademark licence, fees and agreement. This is a historical programme: confirm with the rights holder whether new applications are accepted before preparing a publication under its terms.
Conditions
Magnum Opus is a historical Guardians of Order programme, distinct from current Tri-Stat Emporium. Confirm the contract's validity and conditions for new publications with the rights holder. No current permission is confirmed in this entry; this does not amount to a general ban on original modules.
