What is it about?
Graham Walmsley designed Cthulhu Dark to deliver horror with very few rules and without procedures that do not change the experience. The initial version fitted on one sheet, while later publications expand the approach. The author’s invitation to experiment with hacks does not itself supply a complete text-reuse licence.

At the table
Play investigators, follow clues, and let discoveries drive the horror. Try the rules as written before adding new subsystems or importing conventional combat procedures.

Individual permission required
Graham Walmsley expressly invites creators to contact him to publish commercial Cthulhu Dark scenarios and says he usually approves them. This is a genuine route to individual authorisation; no automatic public licence has been located.
Conditions
Obtain express permission before presenting an adventure as authorised. Confirm pricing, distribution, text reuse, logo and illustration conditions with the rights holder; no standard public module terms are confirmed.
