What is it about?
Cortex Prime lets groups choose traits, conflicts, and procedures suited to their campaign. Tales of Xadia adapts it to The Dragon Prince fantasy, while handbook settings such as Hammerheads and Eidolon Alpha demonstrate other possibilities. Sharing the engine does not require identical modules or make their worlds equivalent.
02
At the table
Assemble dice from relevant traits and resolve tests or conflicts using the selected modules. Plot points and consequences are tailored to the kind of story the group agreed to play.
